Soleluna Tessile performs according to the clients’ needs and structure. Our experienced and multilingual merchandisers - order monitoring team follow and coordinate the workflow and relations between clients, manufacturers, and quality control team.

Soleluna offers its customers a specialized support of design and computerized pattern making. Once we receive sketches and written reports from our clients, we prepare patterns and one prototype of the style. After receive the comments we make the salesman samples and photo sample if requested.

We are proud to be involved in every step of the production such as :

• prototypes validation,
• size sets,
• pre-production sample,
• materials and accessories,
• dyeing, washing, embroidery, serigraphy, print, etc.

Finally we control the design, appearance, measurements, assortments, color, conformity of labeling and packing according to client’s request.

Our experienced quality control team performs all required in-line and final inspections up until shipment. AQL standards, AQL 1, 2 or 4 according to customer’s specific requirements, are strictly followed during all inspections. The results are reported to the client and the manufacturer to offer a total transparency in a timely manner.
